er have to settle for drinking Scottish whiskey because Uncle Ed’s Arkansas Moonshine has now made its way onto liquor store shelves.  A truck from a liquor distributor picked up the first batch of the crystal-clear alcoholic beverage from the distillery Wednesday, and the product will be in stock today, according to head distiller Larry Bishop.
“We just sent out our first shipment of 120 cases of fifths,”  Bishop said.  “In about 2 to 3 weeks, we will have our apple pie drink ready to be shipped out.”

Bishop plans to hire more workers from the area as the new products are developed and the distillery expands.
