A healthy cocktail might sound like an oxymoron, but there are ways to maximize their nutritional value and minimize their diet damage. The key, says Kristy Lambrou, a culinary nutritionist at the restaurant Rouge Tomate, is to go for fresh ingredients that are packed with nutrients.
