Johnny Knoxville banned the Jackass cast from drinking while filming their latest movie to show support for his recovering alcoholic co-star Steve-O.
The oddball prankster was forced to face his substance abuse demons in 2008 after Knoxville staged an intervention and begged him to check into rehab.
