Those heading to the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., need not worry about liquor supplies running dry — the state legislature is expected to pass a bill to ensure booze flows freely on Labor Day.
The state’s Republicans and Democrats have found common ground on a bill that would ease access to alcohol for convention attendees, according to WRAL-TV in North Carolina. The legislation is expected to pass without much opposition.
