The Texas Hill Country Wine and Food Festival is among the premier epicurean celebrations in the Southern United States. Join 9,000 attendees at more than two dozen unique food and wine events this spring in Austin, Texas.
2011 Highlights include
We’re excited to debut Live Fire!, a beef-centric live-fire cooking event that showcases top chefs, ingredients, and technique from Australia, Austin, and the Americas. Educational panels in 2011 will include beef tastings, butchery classes, and symposiums on liquor, wine and beer, plus wine and food tastings led by top experts, sommeliers, beverage directors, and award winning journalists.
The four-day festival’s culminating weekend event, The Sunday Fair, moves to Central Austin in 2011, and will include chef demonstrations, wine and food tastings, craft beer sampling, artisan producer showcases, vendor tents, a spirits pavilion and live music.
Our flagship Stars Across Texas Classic is one of the state’s top food events: a colossal grand tasting that features only top chefs from Texas locales including Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas along with local, national, and international wineries, and food purveyors.
