Bertha González Nieves is the CEO and co-founder of Casa Dragones tequila alongside partner Bob Pittman, who just so happens to be the founder of MTV. González Nieves was also the first woman to be accredited as a Maestra Tequilera, or certified tequila expert – think Master Sommelier, but for tequila.

Now, she’s plopped down into the 5@5 hot seat to offer a little sip of knowledge: Tequila isn’t all lime wedges, salt shakers and yard-long margaritas.
