Although there are a lot of bars and restaurants peddling $15 cocktails these days, this city is still full of places that charge way, way more than that for their premium drinks. But if you’re already there, you … might as well pair a couple of these with a $100 bowl of black truffle pasta, just to have something to tell the grandkids about.
