Courvoisier, a French cognac producer owned by Beam Global Spirits & Wine, has introduced its Connoisseur Collection, the first line of cognacs to feature a declared age statement, in Canada.

The collection has two cognacs, Courvoisier 12 year old & 21 year old, which will be available in select liquor stores and on-premise locations across the country this fall.

Courvoisier 12 year old is a blend primarily selected from grapes grown in the Borderies cru (growing region), which at 12 years of age develop floral and spice notes which are added to Fins Bois grapes and then Grande Champagnes.
